Description
The BlockRoll System basic rack from Gebrüder Schulte offers a professional solution for storing cable reels with a bay width of 1,370 mm and a depth of 1,045 mm. The braked version (Type HB) is specifically designed for use with mechanically driven unwinding or winding machines to ensure safe and controlled material flow.
Each of the 5 axles can carry cable reels up to a weight of 1,000 kg. The bay load of the entire rack is 5,000 kg. The frames and beams are powder-coated in blue, the axle supports in RAL 7037 dust grey, and the axle sleeves in RAL 3020 traffic red. The galvanised bracing provides additional stability.
The system enables clear, space-saving, and safe storage of cable reels of different dimensions and weights. It is proven and expandable, allowing you to flexibly adapt your storage capacities to your needs. Assembly is quick and uncomplicated. The frames are delivered disassembled for transport reasons.
