The BlockRoll System basic rack from Gebrüder Schulte offers a powerful solution for storing cable reels with a bay width of 1,170 mm and a depth of 1,045 mm. The braked version (Type HB) is specially optimised for use with mechanically driven unwinding or winding machines, ensuring safe and efficient material flow.

With a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg per cable reel axle and a bay load of 6,000 kg, this rack is designed for demanding industrial environments. The powder-coated steel components in blue, the axle supports in RAL 7037 dust grey, and the axle sleeves in RAL 3020 traffic red ensure robustness and a clear appearance. The galvanised bracing contributes to stability.

The system enables clear, space-saving, and safe storage of cable reels of various sizes and weights. It is proven and expandable, allowing you to flexibly adapt your storage capacities. Assembly is quick and uncomplicated. The frames are delivered disassembled for transport reasons.
