How the return works

  4. Return shipment – Send the goods to the specified address.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Complaints in case of defects

In case of defective or damaged goods, your legal warranty right applies. Contact us with photos of the damage and your order number – we will take care of a quick solution.

What is the difference between revocation and complaint?

Revocation: As a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving reasons – the goods do not have to be defective.

Complaint: The goods are defective or do not correspond to the description. Your legal warranty right (2 years) applies here.

How long is the withdrawal period?

As a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to declare the revocation. The period begins as soon as you have received the goods in full.

Who bears the return shipping costs?

The costs for the return are borne by you as the customer. In the case of complaints due to defects, we naturally cover the return shipping costs.
