Shipping Costs

Freight items with stated freight costs: For large or heavy items, the shipping costs are stated directly on the product page (“plus … shipping”). These freight costs apply per unit and regardless of the goods value – they do not lapse above €250.00 goods value. Freight items are delivered within Germany only.

All other products: Within Germany we deliver free of shipping costs from a goods value of €250.00. Below that, a flat shipping fee of €15.00 net (€17.85 incl. 19% VAT) applies.

Deliveries outside Germany are still charged as a percentage of the cart value. The minimum order value is €80.00.

Freight items (heavy or bulky products) can only be delivered within Germany; freight costs are charged in addition and shown directly on the product and in the cart. For Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries, shipping is calculated as a percentage of the goods value. The delivery time is shown directly in the product view.
