Description
The BlockRoll System basic rack from Gebrüder Schulte with a bay width of 1,170 mm and a depth of 1,045 mm is a powerful solution for storing cable reels. The braked version (Type HB) is specifically designed for use with mechanically driven unwinding or winding machines, enabling a safe and efficient process.
Each of the 5 axes can carry cable reels up to a weight of 1,000 kg. The total bay load of the entire rack is 5,000 kg. The frames and beams are powder-coated blue, the axle supports in RAL 7037 dust grey, and the axle shells in RAL 3020 traffic red. The galvanised bracing provides additional stability and durability.
The proven and expandable system allows for clear, space-saving, and safe storage of cable reels of various dimensions and weights. Assembly is quick and uncomplicated. The frames are delivered disassembled for transport reasons.
