Description
The BlockRoll System basic rack from Gebrüder Schulte is a robust and efficient solution for storing cable reels. With a bay width of 1,370 mm and a depth of 1,045 mm, it is designed for heavy loads. The braked version (Type HB) is specifically designed for use with motor-driven unwinding or winding machines to ensure safe and controlled material flow.
Each of the 5 axes can carry cable reels weighing up to 1,000 kg. The bay load of the entire rack is 5,000 kg, allowing for high storage capacity. The frames and beams are powder-coated blue, the axle supports are RAL 7037 dust grey, and the axle sleeves are RAL 3020 traffic red. The galvanized bracing ensures additional durability.
The system enables clear, space-saving, and safe storage. It is proven and expandable, allowing you to flexibly adapt your storage capacities to your needs. Assembly is quick and straightforward. The frames are delivered disassembled for transport reasons.
