Heavy-duty workbenches
For metalworking and heavy assembly. A 50 mm solid beech worktop carries up to 2,500 kg; at 100 mm even up to 4,500 kg distributed load. Special models achieve up to 12,000 kg.
The correct working height: what the standards say
DIN EN 527-1 defines height ranges for work tables. The rule of thumb: the workbench surface should be 5 to 15 cm below elbow height.

- Pick-to-Light (P2L): light signals guide the worker to the right container, error rates fall drastically
- Digital work instructions: step-by-step guidance on integrated screens
- Industrial image recognition: systems detect assembly steps in real time and warn of errors
- ERP integration: direct connection to SAP and the like for automatic order transfer and feedback
