The robust angle steel welded construction in powder coating (blue RAL 5007) guarantees stability and a high load capacity of up to 1000 kg. The four corner protectors ensure that the load is held securely. A special feature is the easy side loading and unloading using a forklift truck. The integrated coupling system ensures the best possible tracking in the tugger train, so that safe guidance is guaranteed even at higher speeds (up to 6 km/h). This system is designed for a maximum of 5 chassis per train, with a maximum train weight of 3000 kg.

Equipped with 2 swivel castors and 2 fixed castors, which are suitable for tugger trains, the chassis offers good maneuverability. The wheels have comfortable polyurethane tires on robust aluminum rims and are equipped with precision ball bearings. The tires are non-chalking and run very quietly, which increases working comfort and protects the floor. The swivel castors are equipped with brakes, which increases safety.
