Pallet chassis 23892 - for pallet cages and flat pallets

The fetra Paletten-Fahrgestell 23892 is an extremely robust and versatile transport solution, designed for the efficient handling of mesh boxes and flat pallets. The supporting structure made of welded angle steel offers the highest stability and durability for demanding industrial use. This chassis is ideally suited for integration into standard route train trailers and thus supports optimized intralogistics.

Four integrated retaining corners ensure that the loaded goods are held securely and prevent slipping during transport. Four swivel castors are mounted for the best maneuverability and precise guidance. One of them is electrically conductive, which enables use in environments with special requirements for electrostatics (ESD). The robust polyamide wheels with a diameter of 200 x 50 mm and precision ball bearings guarantee low rolling resistance and high running smoothness.

For maximum safety during loading and unloading as well as when parking the chassis, two swivel castors with total locks are provided. These are arranged diagonally and enable reliable locking in any position. The undercarriage height of only 235 mm makes it easier to pick up and set down pallets and mesh boxes. The powder coating in RAL 5007 (Brilliant Blue) effectively protects the steel structure against corrosion and mechanical stress.
