Description
The Palettenregal-Ständerahmen S645-B25 from Gebrüder Schulte with an impressive height of 8500 mm and a depth of 1100 mm is the ideal choice for high-bay warehouses and demanding logistics solutions. This frame provides the basis for maximum storage capacities.
The flexible height adjustment of the beams in the 50 mm grid allows a precise configuration of your shelving system to optimally accommodate a wide variety of pallet sizes and stored goods. This optimises space utilisation and increases efficiency.
For transport reasons, the frame is delivered disassembled. The scope of delivery includes 2 supports, the stable C-frame, 2 base plates and 4 floor anchors and 2 shims (2 mm). The combination of blue powder-coated uprights and galvanised framework ensures excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
Important note on load-bearing capacity: The specific load-bearing capacity of the upright frame depends on factors such as the beam used, the buckling height and the ambient conditions. For a precise design and advice, please contact our experienced team before placing your order.
Frequently asked questions about Upright Frames
The bay load applies per beam pair, i.e. per level. The frame load applies to the entire upright across all levels. You must not exceed either value.
Heights from around 2000 mm to over 6000 mm are common. The 50 mm hole pitch lets you adjust the levels flexibly to suit your pallets.
This is not advisable. The hole pattern and profile differ from system to system. Beams and frames must come from the same system, otherwise the connection is unsafe.
When the uprights are bent or the diagonals are damaged. Even small dents reduce the load capacity considerably. Replacement is safer than repair.
Yes, at the lower corner uprights. Forklifts easily damage the uprights. An impact guard absorbs the impact and protects the rack's load capacity.
