Was sind Holme bzw. Traversen am Palettenregal?
Holme, auch Traversen genannt, sind die waagerechten Querträger, auf denen die Palette steht. Sie werden paarweise in die Ständerrahmen gehängt und mit Sicherungsstiften gesichert. Zusammen mit den Ständern bilden sie ein Regalfach.
Wie viel tragen Palettenregal-Holme?
Die Traglast hängt stark von der Länge ab. Ein kurzer Holm trägt deutlich mehr als ein langer, weil er weniger durchbiegt. Die Fachlast ergibt sich aus dem Holmpaar und steht auf dem Belastungsschild.
Kann ich Holme eines anderen Herstellers verwenden?
Nein. Profil, Einhängesystem und Lochung unterscheiden sich je nach Hersteller. Ein Holm der falschen Reihe sitzt nicht sicher und darf nicht verwendet werden. Achten Sie auf den genauen Regaltyp.
Muss ich verbogene Holme ersetzen?
Ja. Verbogene, eingedrückte oder angerissene Holme dürfen nicht weiter genutzt werden, denn sie gefährden die ganze Ebene. Der Austausch ist günstig und schnell erledigt und ein Standardteil jeder Regalprüfung.
Holme nachkaufen oder gleich mehr Tragkraft – wann lohnt sich was?
Für neue Ebenen oder als Ersatz reicht das Nachkaufen einzelner Holme. Mehr Grundtragkraft bringen Holme allein nicht, dafür sind die Ständerrahmen entscheidend. Wer dauerhaft mehr Last braucht, wählt stärkere Ständer oder einen stärkeren Regaltyp.
