Solange die Ware auf Paletten passt, ist das Standardregal günstiger und flexibler. Sobald Trommeln rollen, Bleche kippen oder Profile zu lang sind, sorgt das Spezialregal für Sicherheit.
Wie viel tragen Spezialregale?
Das hängt von der Bauform ab. Kabeltrommelregale erreichen Feldlasten bis 1.500 kg, Blechlager-Magazine 1.500 bis 8.000 kg, Profillagerregale vertikale Feldlasten um 1.135 kg.
Eignet sich ein Spezialregal für langes Material?
Für lange Profile ist das Profillagerregal ideal, weil es senkrecht und platzsparend lagert. Für liegendes Langgut ohne Palettenbezug sind oft Kragarmregale oder ein Langgutregal besser.
Müssen Spezialregale geprüft werden?
Ja. Wie alle gewerblich genutzten Regale sind sie jährlich durch eine befähigte Person nach DIN EN 15635 zu prüfen.
