Was bringt ein Verstärkungsunterzug?
Er stützt den Fachboden in der Mitte und nimmt Last auf. Dadurch biegt sich der Boden weniger durch und kann höher belastet werden, vor allem bei breiten Böden.
Unterzug oder stärkerer Boden – was lohnt sich?
Reicht der vorhandene Boden fast aus, ist der Unterzug die günstige Lösung. Brauchen Sie deutlich mehr Last, lohnt der Wechsel auf einen stärkeren Boden oder ein Schwerlastregal.
Erhöht ein Unterzug die Last des ganzen Regals?
Nein. Er stärkt nur den einzelnen Boden. Die zulässige Feldlast und die Tragkraft der Profile bleiben gleich. Das ganze Feld darf nicht überladen werden.
Wie viele Unterzüge brauche ich pro Boden?
Das hängt von der Breite ab. Bei schmalen Böden reicht oft einer, bei breiten Böden setzt man mehrere ein. Wichtig ist, dass der Unterzug zur Bodenbreite passt.
Kann ich Unterzüge nachträglich einbauen?
Ja. Die Unterzüge werden unter den Boden gesetzt und lassen sich auch bei einem bereits genutzten Regal nachrüsten.
