Standard oder Routenzug: welches Gestell brauche ich?
Das Standardmodell mit vier Lenkrollen ist wendig und gut, um Paletten frei zu schieben. Das Routenzug-Modell mit Kupplung ziehen Sie hinter einem Schlepper auf festen Routen. Für den Materialfluss zur Linie nehmen Sie das Routenzug-Gestell.
Welche Tragkraft haben Palettenfahrgestelle?
Üblich ist eine Tragkraft bis 1000 kg, manche Modelle schaffen mehr. Wählen Sie die Tragkraft über Ihrem schwersten Palettengewicht. Die genaue Angabe steht beim jeweiligen Modell.
Passt jede Palette auf das Gestell?
Die Gestelle sind für Europaletten 1200 x 800 mm und oft auch Industriepaletten 1200 x 1000 mm ausgelegt. Prüfen Sie vor dem Kauf, welche Palettengröße das Gestell aufnimmt, und setzen Sie die Palette mittig auf.
Wann lohnt sich ein Routenzug-Fahrgestell?
Es lohnt sich, wenn viele Paletten auf festen Wegen zur Produktion gebracht werden. Mehrere Gestelle werden gekoppelt und in einem Zug gezogen, das spart Fahrten. Bei freiem, wechselndem Transport ist das Standardmodell besser.
