Hubwagen oder Stapler: was brauche ich?
Ein Hubwagen hebt Paletten nur wenige Zentimeter und fährt sie über den Boden. Ein Stapler hebt sie ins Regal. Für reinen Bodentransport und Be- und Entladen reicht der Hubwagen. Erst für das Einlagern in die Höhe brauchen Sie einen Stapler.
Welche Tragkraft hat ein Palettenhubwagen?
Die meisten Modelle tragen 2000 bis 2500 kg. Das genügt für Euro- und Industriepaletten im Normalbetrieb. Die genaue Tragkraft steht beim jeweiligen Gerät. Überladen Sie den Wagen nicht.
Passt ein Hubwagen unter jede Palette?
Standardgabeln mit 1150 mm Länge passen unter Europaletten. Für Industriepaletten oder Quereinfahrt gibt es Sondergabeln. Prüfen Sie die Gabelmaße vor dem Kauf und vergleichen Sie sie mit Ihren Paletten.
Wann lohnt sich ein elektrischer Hubwagen?
Bei vielen Fahrten am Tag, langen Wegen oder schweren Lasten lohnt der Elektroantrieb. Er schont den Rücken und erhöht das Tempo. Bei wenigen Paletten am Tag ist der Handhubwagen günstiger und ausreichend.
Welche Rollen sind besser, PU oder Nylon?
Polyurethan-Rollen laufen leise und schonen den Boden, ideal in sauberen Hallen. Nylon-Rollen sind härter und rollen leichter über kleine Schwellen oder Schmutz. Die Wahl hängt vom Bodenbelag ab.
