Description
The BlockRoll System starter rack from Gebrüder Schulte is the professional solution for storing and handling cable reels. This model with a bay width of 1,370 mm and a depth of 1,045 mm is particularly robust and offers a bay load of 6,000 kg. The braked version (Type HB) is specifically designed for use with mechanically driven unwinding or winding machines to ensure a safe and efficient process.
Each of the 6 cable reel axes can be loaded with reels weighing up to 1,000 kg. The high-quality finish with blue powder-coated frames and beams, dust grey axle supports (RAL 7037) and signal red axle sleeves (RAL 3020) ensures durability and good visibility. The bracing is galvanized.
The system is characterized by its clear, space-saving and safe storage. It is also proven and expandable, allowing you to flexibly adapt your storage capacities to your needs. Assembly is quick and uncomplicated. The frames are delivered disassembled for transport reasons.
