ESD Pallet Truck Chassis 23801 - for mesh boxes and flat pallets

The fetra ESD pallet truck chassis 23801 is the ideal choice for the safe transport of flat pallets and mesh boxes in environments that place special demands on electrostatic protection. It effectively prevents the formation and discharge of static charges, thus protecting sensitive components.

Made from a robust, welded angle steel construction and powder-coated in RAL 7015 (blue), this chassis offers durability and stability. It is equipped with 2 swivel castors and 2 fixed castors, which ensure good manoeuvrability. The wheels have special TPE-ESD tyres (thermoplastic elastomers, conductive) with a diameter of Ø 200 mm. These tyres are characterised by a very low starting, rolling and swivel resistance, which makes transport comfortable. In addition, the tyres do not chalk (leave no marks) and run quietly on flat floors.

In accordance with the EN 1757-3 standard, the swivel castors are equipped with brakes. These secure the chassis against unintentional rolling and increase safety during loading and unloading. The four corner protectors on the loading surface ensure that the pallets or mesh boxes placed on it sit firmly.
