Pallet Chassis 23892-7016 for cage pallets and flat pallets

The fetra pallet chassis 23892-7016 is a robust and versatile transport solution, specially designed for use with cage pallets and flat pallets. Its sturdy angle steel welded construction guarantees durability and high load-bearing capacity in an industrial environment. This chassis is ideal for integration into standard route train trailers and thus facilitates the flow of materials in intralogistics.

Equipped with 4 corner stops, it offers secure support for the load placed on top. The four wheels ensure maximum maneuverability and control: two swivel castors and two fixed castors. One of the swivel castors is electrically conductive, which enables use in sensitive areas, e.g. with ESD requirements. The robust polyamide wheels (Ø 200 x 50 mm) run smoothly and are designed for heavy-duty use. Hubs with precision ball bearings ensure minimal rolling resistance.

fetra places particular emphasis on safety with the two swivel castors with total locks at the front. These are arranged diagonally and enable precise positioning and secure locking of the chassis. The low undercarriage height of only 235 mm makes it easier to pick up and set down pallets and cage pallets. The powder coating in RAL 7016 (anthracite grey) effectively protects the construction against corrosion and abrasion.
