What materials are wide-span shelving made of?
This varies depending on the model. The traverse generally consists of metal. The shelves are either made of steel or high-quality chipboard. The choice of series depends on the required bay load: WS2000 carries up to 400 kg, WS3000 up to 621 kg, Z1 up to 776 kg, and W100 up to 1,015 kg per shelf. SUV shelves are designed for universal use with medium loads.
Wide-span shelving bridges large bay widths without central supports and is particularly suitable for bulky goods. The shelves are height-adjustable in 25 mm increments. All series are available as basic and add-on shelves.
