Rack Sentry® protects pallet racking uprights all around against forklift damage – from any angle of impact. The Rack Sentry® CONTOUR variant has a particularly slim profile and preserves the aisle width in narrow warehouse aisles.
Column Sentry® is the patented original column guard for round and square building columns. The modular Column Sentry® FIT variant adjusts continuously to column sizes from approx. 100 to 300 mm.
Corner Sentry™ protects building and rack corners with energy-absorbing material against impact damage – ideal at gates, passageways and exposed corners.

They absorb the impact energy of a forklift, dissipate it and then spring back into their original shape – instead of deforming permanently like steel or passing the damage on to the rack upright.
The Rack Sentry® rack guard slips over the rack upright without tools and protects it all around against impact damage – from any angle. For narrow warehouse aisles there is the Rack Sentry® CONTOUR with a particularly slim profile that preserves the aisle width. This allows upright protection to be retrofitted without drilling and without structurally modifying the pallet racking.
The Column Sentry® column guard is the patented original column protector and wraps around round and square concrete or steel columns. With Column Sentry® FIT, a modular variant is available that adjusts continuously to different column sizes – ideal when a building has columns of varying dimensions.
Corner Sentry™ protects building and rack corners with energy-absorbing material, for example at gates and passageways. The Collision Sentry® Corner Pro adds an active component to passive protection: it warns at blind corners and confusing intersections with motion-activated light and sound, preventing collisions between forklifts and pedestrians. The Beam Bumper beam guard rounds off the range for beams and cross-members.
Damaged rack uprights are the most common finding in the annual rack inspection. According to DIN EN 15635 and employer's liability insurance regulations, endangered racking must be protected and damaged components repaired. Flexible polymer impact protection is often the most economical solution: it prevents structural damage, is immediately ready for use again after an impact and can be installed without modifying the rack structure.
