Welche Werkzeugaufnahmen unterstützen NC-Systeme?
Es gibt Halter für alle gängigen Aufnahmen: ISO-SK, HSK, VDI und Capto. Für jede Norm gibt es passende Halter, die das Werkzeug sicher greifen und die Schneide schützen.
Warum lose Lagerung vermeiden?
CNC-Werkzeuge sind teuer und empfindlich. Liegen sie lose aufeinander, beschädigen sich die Schneiden gegenseitig. NC-Halter fixieren jedes Werkzeug einzeln und schützen die Schneide.
Woraus bestehen die Werkzeughalter?
Meist aus öl- und bruchfestem Kunststoff wie ABS. Das Material hält dem Werkstattalltag stand, greift das Werkzeug fest und gibt es trotzdem schnell wieder frei.
Kann ich Schrank und Wagen kombinieren?
Ja. NC-Schränke und NC-Transportwagen nutzen dasselbe Halter-Raster. So lagern Sie Werkzeuge im Schrank und übergeben sie ohne Umpacken an den Wagen für den Transport zur Maschine.
Worauf bei der Traglast achten?
CNC-Werkzeuge sind schwer. Achten Sie auf die zulässige Last je Schublade und Auszug und lagern Sie schwere Werkzeuge unten, damit der Schwerpunkt tief und der Schrank stabil bleibt.
