The Self-tipper 6030A from fetra combines the advantages of a self-tipper with the functionality of an additional drain tap. This not only allows the self-emptying of bulk materials via the skids, but also precise dosing and emptying of fine-grained or more liquid materials. The trough does not have to be lifted and automatically returns to the loading position after the emptying process.
The construction consists of a robust welded construction made of 3 mm thick sheet steel, which is tightly welded and powder-coated. This ensures a long service life and resistance to corrosion. The external dimensions of the self-tipper are 1,294 x 731 x 837 mm, while the box dimensions measure 1,237 x 666 x 703 mm (L x W x H).
Forklift pockets, a roll-off protection device and a tipping lock are integrated as standard for safe handling in everyday operations. A chain acts as an additional slip and tipping protection. The tipping function can be triggered conveniently and safely from the forklift seat using a pull rope, which significantly increases working comfort.
