Description
The Tipping skip 4701A from fetra is a practical and robust solution for material transport in workshops, warehouses and production areas. Equipped with the standard TOTALSTOP central braking system on the swivel castors, it offers a high degree of safety and complies with European standard EN 1757-3.
The tippable skip made of 2 mm thick sheet steel is welded oil-tight and designed for a long service life. The edge is double-folded and the pouring edge is double-folded, which provides additional stability. The base frame made of 3 mm thick edge profiles has integrated forklift pockets (dimensions: A=194 mm, B=203 mm, C=603 mm, D=72 mm), which facilitate transport by forklift truck. A footplate and a tipping lock increase user-friendliness.
The tipping skip is easy to manoeuvre thanks to the tubular push handle and the smooth-running wheels. The combination of 2 swivel castors and 2 fixed castors with TPE tyres (thermoplastic elastomer) ensures effortless movement, protects the floor and minimises noise. The powder coating in classic Blue RAL 5007 offers effective corrosion protection.
Optionally, this tipping skip is available with a practical drain tap including sieve. This is particularly advantageous when liquids have to be separated from solids, e.g. when disposing of waste oils or other media. The 4701A is a practical and durable solution for your logistics.

Der Muldenkipper rollt beim Kippen über eine Kufe ab und schont so den Stapler, wird aber über einen Zug bedient. Der Selbstkipper schwenkt zum Entleeren und stellt sich danach selbst zurück. Beim Muldenkipper steht das schonende Abrollen im Vordergrund.
Das Abrollen über die Kufe verhindert, dass der Behälter beim Kippen hart gegen den Hubmast schlägt. Das schont Stapler und Behälter und macht das Auskippen ruhiger. Bei häufigem Kippen verlängert das die Lebensdauer.
Üblich sind Größen von rund 550 bis 2000 Liter. Wählen Sie das Volumen passend zur Schüttmenge und achten Sie darauf, dass Ihr Stapler den vollen Behälter trägt.
Ja. Der Muldenkipper wird über Aufnahmetaschen auf die Staplergabel gesetzt, gefahren und gekippt. Ohne Stapler lässt er sich nicht heben und entleeren. Prüfen Sie die Tragkraft Ihres Staplers.
Er lohnt sich, wenn regelmäßig Schüttgut oder Späne anfallen und Sie den Stapler schonen wollen. Das Abrollsystem ist besonders bei häufigem Kippen über den Tag von Vorteil.
