Last but not least, the quick assembly is convincing. The simple shelving plug-in system allows you to assemble it by hand, without any tools. As an alternative to the plug-in shelves, we also offer classic screw systems for you. In contrast to the plug-in shelving system, the parts here are not plugged into each other, but screwed. This allows for an even higher load capacity and stability – perfect for continuously high demands.
These criteria should be considered when choosing

- Required load capacity and total load capacity: You should consider both the load capacity with which a single shelf can be loaded and the total load capacity of the shelf when making your selection. We recommend planning generously here if you want to store heavier items in the future.
- Dimensions and number of shelves: Here you should take into account the space required for your stored goods on the one hand, but also keep an eye on the available space on the other hand. The shelf should be spacious, but not restrict any paths.
- Type of assembly: Here you choose between a plug-in and a screw system. The former is particularly easy to assemble and can be flexibly dismantled and reassembled. The latter is particularly stable and suitable for continuously high loads.
- Material: A large part of our models consists of metals such as steel or aluminium. Here it is important to determine how resistant these need to be. If you want to set up the shelving system in a damp room or even outdoors, it should be made of corrosion-resistant materials such as hot-dip galvanized steel. This prevents it from rusting over time.
- Type of stored goods: Last but not least, it naturally plays a role what kind of goods you want to place in the shelving system. Different requirements apply to very heavy or large items than to small parts or cartons. If you store food, you may also have to comply with hygiene requirements.
