Expand and stabilize your pallet racking system with the adapter for upright frames from Gebrüder Schulte. This accessory is essential when you want to stack or connect upright frames on top of each other or next to each other to create higher or wider rack constructions. The adapters ensure a secure and positive connection, which increases the stability of your entire racking system.
Two adapters are required for each connection or each upright element to be added. The robust construction and the galvanized surface ensure high durability and resistance to corrosion. Installation is extremely simple and can be carried out without special tools, allowing for quick adaptation of your storage infrastructure.
This adapter has been specially developed for the S625-A18 upright frames from Gebrüder Schulte, but also offers compatibility with similar systems. It is a cost-effective solution to flexibly expand your storage capacities and ensure the stability of your racks.
Frequently asked questions about Upright Frames
The bay load applies per beam pair, i.e. per level. The frame load applies to the entire upright across all levels. You must not exceed either value.
Heights from around 2000 mm to over 6000 mm are common. The 50 mm hole pitch lets you adjust the levels flexibly to suit your pallets.
This is not advisable. The hole pattern and profile differ from system to system. Beams and frames must come from the same system, otherwise the connection is unsafe.
When the uprights are bent or the diagonals are damaged. Even small dents reduce the load capacity considerably. Replacement is safer than repair.
