The continuous hot-dip galvanizing offers excellent protection against corrosion and weathering, making this rack the ideal choice for outdoor use. The hot-rolled IPE beams with 5 agraffe hooks ensure high stability and durability. This add-on rack is intended to extend an existing racking system and requires a base rack.
With a width of 4,500 mm and a depth of 1,100 mm, this bay offers sufficient storage capacity. The static calculation and the load assumptions are designed according to the applicable German standards for Germany (mainland) and guarantee a maximum level of safety.

Beim Feuerverzinken wird der Stahl in flüssiges Zink getaucht. Dabei entsteht eine dicke, fest verbundene Zinkschicht, die den Stahl dauerhaft vor Rost schützt. Diese Schicht ist deutlich robuster als bei galvanisch verzinkten Teilen.
Für trockene, beheizte Hallen reicht ein lackiertes Regal und ist günstiger. Sobald Feuchtigkeit, Regen oder Witterung dazukommen, ist die Feuerverzinkung im Vorteil. Sie kostet mehr, hält aber länger und ist pflegearm.
Ja, dafür ist es gemacht. Die Zinkschicht hält Regen, Schnee, UV und Temperaturwechseln stand. Beachten Sie im Freien zusätzlich die Windlast und sorgen Sie für einen tragfähigen Boden und eine sichere Verankerung.
