Description
Wide-span shelving from SCHULTE Lagertechnik creates large storage capacity in a small footprint for bulky, heavy and voluminous goods. Designed for easy assembly, our wide-span shelving is very flexible in use and easy to reconfigure. The torsionally rigid longitudinal traverses, or beams, guarantee a high load capacity. Spans of up to 2,500 mm allow bay loads of 400 to 1,015 kg depending on the version.

Wide-span shelving may only be loaded by hand. Can be combined with the slot-together shelving systems. For transport reasons, frames are supplied unassembled. On complete bays, T-profiles and depth ties are supplied as standard in the slot-together MULTIplus version.
Shelving units with a height/depth ratio greater than 5:1 must be secured against tipping in accordance with DGUV rule 108-007 (BGR 234).
Example: a unit with a depth of 400 mm and a height of 2,500 mm must be secured by wall anchoring, floor anchoring or top bracing. The stated load ratings apply to evenly distributed loads per shelf level.

Jede Ebene trägt bis zu 400 kg Fachlast bei gleichmäßiger Verteilung. Damit ist das WS 2000 für leichte, sperrige Ware gedacht. Für mehr Last nehmen Sie das WS 3000 oder das W 100.
Das Fachbodenregal hat kleinere Fächer für kleinteilige Ware. Das WS 2000 hat weite Felder für sperrige Stücke. Für große, leichte Ware nutzen Sie das WS 2000 besser aus.
Das WS 2000 ist mit dem MULTIplus-Stecksystem kompatibel. Teile werden gesteckt statt geschraubt. So steht das Regal schnell und Ebenen lassen sich leicht versetzen.
Sobald die Ware pro Ebene über 400 kg wiegt. Dann nehmen Sie das WS 3000 (bis 621 kg) oder das W 100 (bis 1015 kg). Planen Sie lieber etwas Reserve bei der Fachlast ein.
Ja. Gewerblich genutzte Regale werden einmal im Jahr geprüft. Das Belastungsschild nach DIN EN 15635 ist Pflicht. Schäden an Stütze oder Traverse mindern die Tragkraft und gehören gemeldet.
