Description
The ESD-Eurokasten-Roller 93580 from fetra greatly facilitates the transport of Euro boxes in the 600 x 400 mm format while providing important protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). Its construction is specifically designed for these Euro boxes.
The open angle steel construction is powder-coated in slate grey (RAL 7015) and provides a robust base for your transport tasks. Equipped with 4 swivel castors with TPE-ESD tyres, this roller enables comfortable, safe and quiet movement of even heavy loads on flat floors. The TPE tyres minimise the effort required and protect the surface, as they do not chalk.
Two of the swivel castors are equipped with brakes to securely position the roller and prevent unintentional rolling away. The hubs with precision grooved ball bearings ensure smooth running and durability. Designed in accordance with European standard EN 1757-3, this roller meets the highest safety standards. The TPE castors also comply with EU Regulation PAK.
This ESD Euro box roller is the practical and safe solution for warehouses, workshops and production areas where the transport of Euro boxes with ESD requirements is the order of the day.
Frequently asked questions about Transport Rollers
It is a universal rolling board that is not tied to a particular load. You place boxes, containers or machines on it and push them on the spot. Depending on the model it carries 100 to 400 kg.
For changing loads the universal transport dolly is more flexible. For a specific load, a specialised dolly such as a drum dolly or crate dolly secures the goods better, because it fits the dimensions.
For short moves on the spot and flat loads, the dolly is ideal and inexpensive. For long distances, several levels or pushing while standing, a trolley with a handle is better.
Four swivel castors make the dolly manoeuvrable, ideal for tight areas. Fixed and swivel castors track straighter over long distances. On rough floors, larger wheels are easier to push.
Between 100 and 400 kg depending on the model. Place the load centrally and do not overload the dolly. A platform loaded on one side tips over easily.
