Description
The ESD Euro Box Roller 93581 from fetra is the ideal transport solution for Euro boxes (600 x 400 mm) in areas where protection against electrostatic discharge is essential. With a loading area of 605 x 408 mm and a slightly raised edge of 7 mm, it fits perfectly for standard Euro boxes and prevents slipping.
The surface is made of electrically conductive wood-based panel according to DIN 68765 and powder-coated in slate gray (RAL 7015), which ensures the ESD properties. Equipped with 4 swivel castors with TPE-ESD tires and precision grooved ball bearings, this roller offers highest comfort. The effort required for transport is noticeably reduced, and heavy loads can be moved comfortably, safely and quietly.
Two of the swivel castors are equipped with parking brakes as standard, which comply with the European standard EN 1757-3 and provide additional safety. The TPE wheels are also PAH-compliant. This Euro box roller is an indispensable aid in electronics manufacturing, in laboratories and wherever ESD protection is required.

It is a universal rolling board that is not tied to a particular load. You place boxes, containers or machines on it and push them on the spot. Depending on the model it carries 100 to 400 kg.
For changing loads the universal transport dolly is more flexible. For a specific load, a specialised dolly such as a drum dolly or crate dolly secures the goods better, because it fits the dimensions.
For short moves on the spot and flat loads, the dolly is ideal and inexpensive. For long distances, several levels or pushing while standing, a trolley with a handle is better.
Four swivel castors make the dolly manoeuvrable, ideal for tight areas. Fixed and swivel castors track straighter over long distances. On rough floors, larger wheels are easier to push.
Between 100 and 400 kg depending on the model. Place the load centrally and do not overload the dolly. A platform loaded on one side tips over easily.
