Flexible boltless shelving units for single-sided loading and picking of stored goods
Our single-sided boltless shelving units bring flexibility to your warehouse. They can be erected either as a run of bays in front of the warehouse wall or back to back as a double-sided unit. The comprehensive system accessories of the boltless shelving units allow the widest variety of goods to be stored and industry-specific adaptations to be made.

On complete shelving units, T-profiles and depth ties are supplied as standard in the slot-in MULTIplus design. All complete units include cross braces, cover caps and clamping feet. If you require pre-assembled frames, these are riveted at the factory up to a height of 2,500 mm and a depth of 600 mm for a surcharge.
Shelving units with a height/depth ratio greater than 5:1 must be secured against tipping in accordance with DGUV Rule 108-007 (BGR 234).
Example: a unit with a depth of 300 mm and a height of 2,000 mm must be secured by wall anchoring, floor anchoring or top ties.
The load capacities stated apply to uniformly distributed loads per shelf.

Total frame depth: nominal depth + 36 mm
Buckling length: all order proposals are statically designed for a maximum buckling length of 600 mm. Greater buckling lengths available on request.

Das erste Regal einer Zeile. Es steht eigenständig mit zwei Ständern und bringt die volle Konstruktion mit. An ein Grundregal hängen Sie später Anbauregale an, die sich einen Ständer mit ihm teilen.
Das Grundregal steht allein und ist der Start jeder Zeile, kostet aber mehr. Das Anbauregal ist günstiger, braucht aber ein Grundregal als Nachbarn. Für das erste Regal nehmen Sie ein Grundregal.
Je nach Ausführung oft bis 200 kg pro Boden. Den genauen Wert nennt das Belastungsschild. Verteilen Sie die Last gleichmäßig und stellen Sie Schweres nach unten.
Ja. Durch die zwei eigenen Ständer ist es voll standfest. Hohe oder schwer beladene Regale sollten zusätzlich gegen Kippen gesichert werden, besonders wenn sie frei im Raum stehen.
Für getrennt stehende Einzelregale an verschiedenen Orten. Innerhalb einer durchgehenden Zeile reicht ein Grundregal als Start, der Rest sind günstigere Anbauregale.
