Description
The Pallet Rack Upright Frame S645-B25 from Gebrüder Schulte with a height of 5000 mm and a depth of 1100 mm is a robust and flexible solution for setting up pallet rack systems.
The height adjustment of the beams in the 50 mm grid allows precise adaptation to your specific storage requirements. This allows you to efficiently use the available storage space and optimally organize your goods.
The frame is delivered disassembled, which facilitates transport and assembly. It consists of 2 supports, the C-frame, 2 base plates, 4 floor anchors and 2 shims (2 mm). The blue powder-coated uprights and the galvanized frame offer robust protection against corrosion and ensure a long service life.
Important note on load capacity: The exact load capacity of the upright frame depends on various factors such as the beam used, the buckling height and the place of use. For precise planning and advice, please contact our team of experts.
Frequently asked questions about Upright Frames
The bay load applies per beam pair, i.e. per level. The frame load applies to the entire upright across all levels. You must not exceed either value.
Heights from around 2000 mm to over 6000 mm are common. The 50 mm hole pitch lets you adjust the levels flexibly to suit your pallets.
This is not advisable. The hole pattern and profile differ from system to system. Beams and frames must come from the same system, otherwise the connection is unsafe.
When the uprights are bent or the diagonals are damaged. Even small dents reduce the load capacity considerably. Replacement is safer than repair.
Yes, at the lower corner uprights. Forklifts easily damage the uprights. An impact guard absorbs the impact and protects the rack's load capacity.
