Selbstkipper oder Muldenkipper: was ist besser?
Der Selbstkipper stellt sich nach dem Entleeren von selbst zurück, das spart Handgriffe bei vielen Kippvorgängen. Der Muldenkipper rollt beim Kippen über eine Kufe ab und schont den Stapler. Wer oft kippt, profitiert von der Selbstrückstellung.
Wie funktioniert die Selbstrückstellung?
Beim Auslösen schwenkt der Behälter in die Kippstellung und leert sich. Sobald er leer ist, kehrt er durch sein Eigengewicht von selbst in die Ausgangslage zurück und verriegelt. Der Bediener muss nichts von Hand zurückstellen.
Welches Volumen hat ein Selbstkipper?
Üblich sind Größen von rund 550 bis 2000 Liter. Wählen Sie das Volumen passend zur Schüttmenge und achten Sie darauf, dass Ihr Stapler den vollen Behälter trägt.
Brauche ich einen Stapler dafür?
Ja. Der Selbstkipper wird über Aufnahmetaschen auf die Staplergabel gesetzt, gefahren und gekippt. Ohne Stapler lässt er sich nicht heben und entleeren. Prüfen Sie die Tragkraft Ihres Staplers.
