The MULTIplus150 gravity flow starter shelving unit from SCHULTE Lagertechnik is the proven classic for goods provision using the first-in-first-out principle. On the inclined, galvanised shelves, stored goods slide automatically into position and are immediately ready for removal. With the MULTIplus150 shelves, the Kanban and gravity flow rack offers an excellent ratio of load-bearing capacity and volume.
The shelving unit is double-sided and is braced via longitudinal beams. The 3 inclined levels can be adjusted in height in 25 mm increments, allowing them to adapt flexibly to your load carriers. The dimensions are 1000x2000x600 mm.

Frequently asked questions about Provisioning Inclined Shelf Rack XL
The XL has wider bays, commonly around 1300 mm, and holds more bins per level. The standard rack is narrower and fits individual spots. For high throughput the XL is worth it, otherwise the standard width is enough.
Up to 150 kg shelf load per shelf is possible, with the load spread evenly. Distribute the bins across the full width. The exact value is stated on the load plate on the rack.
No. The XL is part of the Schulte boltless system. You slot the shelves and frames together without tools and can easily reposition the shelves in height later on.
No. At the front there is a stop rail raised by about 15 mm as a stop edge. It holds the bins securely in place and leaves access from above clear.
As soon as many bins need to be within reach side by side, for example on long assembly lines or in dispatch. The wide bays save walking. For a few parts at one spot, a narrower rack is cheaper.
