Description

Configuration: MULTIplus250 bolted shelving unit, 2000 x 756 x 400 mm (HxWxD), 5 MULTIplus shelves, shelf load 250 kg per shelf, bay load 2330 kg, shelf depth incl. profile approx. 406 mm, galvanised surface, 25 mm adjustment pitch, accessible from both sides.

Our bolted shelf-unit systems are a true classic of storage technology and a low-cost alternative to the SCHULTE boltless system. To assemble these bolted shelving units, which can be used from both sides, angle profiles and shelves are bolted together. The system perforation of the MULTIplus150 and MULTIplus250 versions allows flexible configuration with a wide range of accessories.

• Please refer to the assembly instructions for the number of levels to be braced.
• Shelving with a height-to-depth ratio greater than 5:1 must be secured against tipping in accordance with DGUV rule 108-007 (BGR 234).
• With the bolted system, the anti-tip fixing (bolting to the wall) can be made directly through the perforation of the angle profile.
• Additional fixing materials are then not required.
• Starter bay: nominal length + 6 mm
• Add-on bay: nominal length + 3 mm
• Total frame depth: nominal depth + 6 mm
• Buckling length: the first shelf must be fitted at a height of 100 mm. The free buckling length must not exceed 500 mm. Greater buckling lengths are possible on request.
