Description
The push-handle trolley 12503 from fetra is the perfect choice for the daily transport of goods and materials in workshops, warehouses or production areas. With its load area of 1,200 x 800 mm, it offers a practical size for a wide variety of applications.
The construction from welded steel tube and profile steel, powder-coated in RAL 5007 (Blue), guarantees high stability and load capacity. Fitted with elastic solid-rubber castors with ball-bearing hubs, the trolley delivers easy running and outstanding handling. The two swivel castors are fitted with brakes that comply with the European standard EN 1757-3 and provide additional safety.
The platform features a non-slip screen-printed board made of waterproof-bonded plywood, keeping your load securely in place. This push-handle trolley is a reliable partner for efficient logistics processes.

Ein Schiebebügelwagen ist ein offener Transportwagen mit Bügelgriff und offener Stirnseite. Über die offene Seite lassen sich auch längere Teile von vorne auf die Ladefläche schieben. Der Bügelgriff erlaubt ein ergonomisches, kontrolliertes Schieben.
Die Tragkraft hängt vom Modell ab und liegt bei leichten Ausführungen oft bei rund 200 kg. Der Wert gilt für den ganzen Wagen. Schweres sollte unten und mittig liegen, damit der Wagen stabil bleibt.
Der Schiebebügelwagen hat eine offene Stirnseite zum Beladen von vorne. Der Magazinwagen hat meist einen umlaufenden Rand und ist auf kleine Teile ausgelegt. Für lange Güter ist der Schiebebügelwagen besser, für kleine Teile der Magazinwagen.
Weiche Reifen aus TPE oder Gummi rollen leise und schonen glatte Böden. Eine Feststellbremse hält den Wagen am Platz, damit er beim Beladen nicht wegrollt. Ersatzräder gibt es im Bereich Räder und Rollen.
Ein Schiebebügelwagen lohnt sich, wenn leichte oder längere Güter kontrolliert und rückenschonend bewegt werden sollen und das Beladen von vorne wichtig ist. Für schwere Lasten ist ein Plattformwagen die bessere Wahl.
