Ein Hubwagen hebt Paletten nur wenige Zentimeter und fährt sie durchs Lager. Ein Hubtisch bringt Werkstücke auf eine feste Arbeitshöhe und bleibt am Platz. Für den Palettentransport nehmen Sie den Hubwagen, für ergonomisches Arbeiten den Hubtisch.
Welche Tragkraft braucht meine Hebetechnik?
Die Tragkraft muss über Ihrem schwersten Transportgut liegen. Handhubwagen schaffen oft bis 2500 kg. Planen Sie etwas Reserve ein und überlasten Sie das Gerät nie, da sonst Hydraulik und Rahmen Schaden nehmen.
Muss Hebetechnik geprüft werden?
Ja. Hebezeuge im gewerblichen Einsatz müssen regelmäßig durch eine befähigte Person geprüft werden. Auch eine Sichtprüfung vor dem Einsatz ist sinnvoll. Defekte Geräte dürfen nicht benutzt werden.
Wann lohnt sich elektrische Hebetechnik?
