Beide ergänzen sich. Bockrollen laufen geradeaus und geben Spurtreue, Lenkrollen machen den Wagen wendig. Allein taugt keine von beiden für einen guten Wagen. Üblich ist die Mischung aus zwei Bockrollen und zwei Lenkrollen.
Wozu braucht ein Wagen Bockrollen?
Bockrollen halten den Wagen in der Spur und sorgen für einen ruhigen, geraden Lauf. Ohne sie würde ein Wagen mit nur Lenkrollen leicht ausbrechen und unruhig laufen. Bei langen Wagen und Routenzügen sind sie besonders wichtig.
Welches Material soll ich für Bockrollen wählen?
Für glatte Hallenböden sind PU-Rollen leise und schonend. Für raue Böden eignet sich Vollgummi. Polyamid trägt am meisten, ist aber laut. Die Wahl hängt von Boden und Last ab. Die Tragkraft steht beim jeweiligen Modell.
Welche Befestigung haben Bockrollen?
Es gibt Anschraubplatte, Rückenloch und Gewindezapfen. Die Befestigung muss zum Gerät passen, sonst lässt sich die Rolle nicht montieren. Prüfen Sie vor dem Kauf, welche Aufnahme Ihr Wagen hat.
Wann lohnen sich nur Lenkrollen statt Bockrollen?
Wenn ein Wagen auf engstem Raum in jede Richtung manövriert werden muss, sind vier Lenkrollen sinnvoll. Dann fehlt aber die Spurtreue, und der Wagen bricht auf langen Wegen leichter aus. Für geraden Transport bleiben Bockrollen die bessere Wahl.
