Lenkrolle oder Bockrolle: was brauche ich?
Sie brauchen meist beides. Bockrollen laufen geradeaus und geben Spurtreue, Lenkrollen drehen sich und machen den Wagen wendig. Üblich ist eine Mischung aus zwei Bockrollen und zwei Lenkrollen. Vier Lenkrollen machen sehr wendig, brechen aber leichter aus.
Welches Radmaterial ist das richtige?
Für glatte Hallenböden sind PU-Rollen leise und schonend. Für raue Böden eignet sich Vollgummi. Im Gelände federn Lufträder am besten. Polyamid trägt am meisten, ist aber laut. Die Wahl hängt von Boden und Last ab.
Wie viel Tragkraft brauchen meine Rollen?
Die vier Rollen zusammen müssen mehr tragen als Wagen plus Last. Planen Sie Reserve ein, da auf unebenem Boden oft nur drei Rollen tragen. Die Tragkraft je Rolle steht beim jeweiligen Produkt.
Sind große oder kleine Räder besser?
Große Räder rollen leichter über Schwellen, Fugen und Schmutz und laufen ruhiger. Kleine Räder brauchen weniger Platz und sind günstiger. Für unebene Böden oder schwere Lasten sind große Räder im Vorteil.
Wann sollte ich Rollen austauschen?
Sobald sie Risse haben, einseitig abgelaufen sind, schwergängig laufen oder das Gerät schief zieht. Verschlissene Rollen erhöhen den Kraftaufwand und können blockieren. Ein rechtzeitiger Tausch hält den Transport sicher und leicht.
