Feldlasten bis 1.500 kg sind üblich, einzelne Trommeln oft bis 500 kg. Bei 60-mm-Achsen sind bis 1.000 kg je Achspaar möglich. Der genaue Wert steht auf dem Belastungsschild.
Welchen Durchmesser haben die Achsen?
Gängig sind Achsen bis 60 mm Durchmesser. Für Trommelbohrungen ab 80 mm wird eine 60-mm-Achse genutzt, unabhängig von Gewicht und Breite.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen SchrägRoll und BlockRoll?
SchrägRoll stellt die Achsen schräg, sodass die Trommel nach hinten rollt und sicher liegt. BlockRoll lagert die Trommeln waagerecht im Block. Die Wahl hängt von Gewicht und Abwickelhäufigkeit ab.
Kabeltrommelregal oder Bodenlagerung?
Bei mehreren Trommeln oder häufigem Abwickeln lohnt das Regal: es spart Zeit, Platz und schützt vor Verletzungen. Für ein bis zwei selten genutzte Trommeln kann die Bodenlagerung mit Keilen genügen.
Kann ich verschiedene Trommelgrößen lagern?
Ja. Die Achshöhen sind einstellbar und jede Achse lässt sich einzeln einlegen. So finden Trommeln unterschiedlicher Durchmesser im selben Regal Platz.
